1. General information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with:
Tamme Travels (brand name), We OÜ (legal name), registered in Estonia, operated by Tõnis Tamme.

By booking a tour, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide guided tour services in Tallinn and surrounding areas.
The exact content, duration, and meeting point are described in the booking confirmation.

3. Reservation

“Reservation” means that a place on a specific tour has been reserved for the customer for a selected date and time.

A Reservation ensures that a spot is held for the customer and is deducted from the available capacity of the tour. A Reservation alone does not constitute a fully confirmed booking unless the applicable payment requirements have been met.

A Reservation is considered valid once you have received an email with Reservation Confirmation document, which includes the tour details (content, duration, meeting point) and the selected payment method.

Payment for a Reservation may be made either:

  • in cash on-site, if this option has been selected and agreed during the reservation process; or

  • in advance via a third-party payment service provider (e.g. Stripe).

In cases where cash payment on-site has been selected, the Reservation Confirmation remains the sole confirmation document for the booking until payment is completed on-site.

In cases where payment via a third-party payment service provider has been selected, the Reservation Confirmation will include a payment link (through Stripe). The booking remains pending until payment has been successfully completed. After payment, you will receive a Payment Confirmation.

4. Payment Confirmation

“Payment Confirmation” refers to the successful receipt and processing of the required payment for the reserved tour.

Once payment has been successfully received, the booking is considered fully confirmed.

5. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR (€).
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

We accept:

  • credit/debit cards

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Klarna

  • EPS

  • SEPA Direct Debit

  • Link

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed no later than 14 days before the scheduled tour date.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or message).

Cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days before the tour → full refund

  • Less than 3 days before the tour → 50% refund

  • No-show → no refund

Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after cancellation.

7. Late arrival & no-show

If a client is late:

  • we may wait up to 30 minutes

  • after that, the tour may be considered a no-show and no refund is given

8. Changes & weather

We reserve the right to:

  • change the route or timing due to weather or safety

  • cancel the tour in exceptional circumstances (full refund provided)

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties

  • personal injury or loss of belongings during the tour

Participation is at your own risk.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Privacy Policy

We collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Booking details (date, number of participants)

3. Why we collect data

We use your data to:

  • manage bookings and provide services

  • send confirmations and updates

  • issue invoices

  • communicate with you about your tour

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on:

  • contract performance (your booking)

  • legal obligations (e.g. accounting)

  • legitimate interest (customer communication)

5. Third-party services

We use third-party services such as:

  • payment processors (e.g. Stripe)

  • email services

These providers may process data on our behalf

6. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

  • booking data: up to 7 years (accounting requirement)

  • communication: as needed for service delivery

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • access your data

  • request correction

  • request deletion (where legally possible)

  • restrict processing
